Emma Stone and Yorgos Lanthimos are doing really well. They’re working together on a new movie called “Save the Green Planet!” It’s a remake of a funny movie from South Korea in 2003.
The story is about a guy who thinks aliens are invading. He captures a businessman and does strange things to him. There’s a big fight between the guy, his girlfriend, the businessman, and a detective.
Emma Stone, who was in “Poor Things,” might join the movie. She’ll probably have a small role.
This will be the fourth movie Emma Stone and Yorgos Lanthimos do together. They worked on “The Favourite” before. They’re also making “Kinds of Kindness” soon.
Emma Stone joked that all of Yorgos Lanthimos’ movies are about sex, death, and goats. They worked on a short film called “Bleat” in 2022.
The original “Save the Green Planet!” won many awards. They’re making an English version now. Ed Guiney and Andrew Lowe will produce it.
“Poor Things” is a movie Emma Stone stars in. It got 11 Oscar nominations. Emma Stone thanked Yorgos Lanthimos for their work together.
Emma Stone said they understand each other well when they work together. She’s also working on “Cruella 2.”
