Will Powers once had cats, but they perished in a house fire. In terms of height and tail length, two of his cats are currently regarded as the biggest cats in the world.
Antares Powers, Fenrir’s cat, and his deceased brother Arcturus, the previous record holder, are both about 18.83 inches tall.

“When Fenrir, the Savannah cat, was around 12 weeks old, I adopted him. The previous record holder was his deceased sibling. Fenrir is currently just under three years old, and Powers predicts that he will eventually outgrow his sibling.

Fenrir is not at all frightening, despite the fact that some people who see it are scared and believe it to be a small panther, puma, or ocelot.
“They willingly come up to him and embrace him when I explain to folks that this is a therapy cat and he is extremely sociable,” Powers continued.

The “big” cat’s owner is a physician with expertise in HIV. And Powers frequently brings his extraordinary cat to work. Powers saunters around the clinic, accepting love and treats from patients and encouraging them to relax.

Fenrir holds a Guinness World Record. Powers’ second cat, Altair Swan Powers, holds the record for the longest tail among domestic cats. It has a tail that measures 16.07 inches. Its tail is only one inch longer than the tail of the previous record holder, a Cygnus. The swan’s tail was 17.58 inches long.
