On October 25, Marion Ross celebrated turning 95 and 70 years of acting, including her famous role as a beloved TV mom.

She started acting 70 years ago in a small role in a movie with Ginger Rogers and William Holden. She acted alongside big stars like James Stewart and Audrey Hepburn.

She also appeared in many classic TV shows like The Lone Ranger and The Brady Bunch.

Her husband, Freeman Meskimen, was not supportive, and they divorced in 1968. Ross struggled to support her two kids, even renting out a room in her house for money.

Her big break came when she got a part in the TV show Happy Days.

After Happy Days ended, she continued acting in other TV shows and movies. She even voiced a character on SpongeBob SquarePants.

In 1988, she married Paul Michael, a Broadway star, until he passed away in 2011.

In 2021, Ross announced her retirement from acting.
