She answered questions from fans on her Instagram Story. One fan asked if she was letting her gray hair grow in, which they thought was beautiful. Gwyneth smiled and said she was just being lazy this summer.
During the session, she showed her hair up close with some gray roots. She asked her followers if she should keep her hair gray or go back to blonde, letting them vote.
This isn’t the first time she’s shown her gray hair. She had some silver strands on the red carpet at the Golden Globes in 2020.
Gwyneth believes that women should embrace aging, but she also sees a double standard when it comes to how men and women are perceived as they get older. She thinks women shouldn’t hide their gray hair and should be proud of it.
During the Q&A, she talked about various topics, including her father, wishing Cameron Diaz a happy birthday, explaining why she’s not in Marvel movies anymore, and giving relationship advice. She also recommended a self-help book called “The Tools” as a way to befriend ourselves better.
