He was doing his job when he saw a quick movement coming from a side window that was open.
He glanced over slightly alarmed, and their eyes locked.
It turned out that the bird that had gotten inside the plane was a wild owl.
He was taken aback by how welcoming it was. It only wished to unwind and introduce itself.
He carried on, as usual, telling his new copilot to be prepared to do some work with him.
Together, they completed two drops, after which he flew out of the window.
He won’t ever forget this encounter. It was an experience of a lifetime.
