The crying dog was desperate.
In the freezing weather, an ill dog’s tongue became attached to a manhole cover. When a Good Samaritan arrived to offer assistance with the solution, the weeping dog was urgently attempting to release its own frozen tongue.
When a bystander noticed the unfortunate animal’s suffering, he rushed over and tried to increase the animal’s temperature and liberate him by pouring water from his bottle down his mouth.
As the guy pours the liquid gently, the dog can be seen moving about. The dog was relieved to be free and approached the man to give him a stroke.
The dog’s owner, whether or not it was a stray, and whether or not it received medical attention are all unknowns.
