The stray cat spent the New Year in warmth and affection after introducing the store owner to her kitten.
L.J. immediately observed a stray cat near his business that appeared to be pleading with him for assistance as it was bitterly cold outside.
He chose to look for a foster home for the cat and approached Jen, a volunteer.
At the time, he was unaware that the cat had a kitten and was not living alone.
To LJ’s dismay, the cat abruptly vanished a short while afterward. To his excitement, he eventually located her, but this time he chose to follow her, and what he saw absolutely shocked him.

L.J. ultimately made his way into the hiding place to rescue them both.
He brought them to Jen’s place, and she graciously agreed to look after them.
When the cat and her kitten, whom she called Pepper and Jarvis, first arrived at their new home, they were first a little uneasy, but that quickly changed.
They opened up quickly as they enjoyed the comfort of their lifestyles.
They have all they need in their new home, where they are currently unwinding after traversing the chilly streets.
