A 9-year-old girl sang so well that some people think she could be the next Whitney Houston. But her journey to pursuing her passion for singing wasn’t easy.
When she was just 4 years old, she got very sick and had to stay in the hospital for a few weeks. The doctors did their best, but her illness was so serious that a priest even came to tell her parents that they might have to say goodbye to their child.
However, something amazing happened: Angelica made a full recovery and went back home to her parents. Since then, she’s been practicing her singing a lot.
On top of that, she’s really good at performing on stage. You can watch her sing “Rise Up” on America’s Got Talent.
