They will jointly care for their 9-year-old son, Maceo. The source suggests that the Academy Award-winning actress is enthusiastic about moving on and believes the divorce process dragged on for too long.
In addition to their joint custody arrangement, Halle Berry has agreed to provide Olivier Martinez with a monthly child support payment of $8,000. Furthermore, she will allocate 4.3% of her earnings exceeding $2,000,000 to him. Additionally, Berry will cover her son’s private school expenses, including tuition fees, uniforms, school supplies, and any extracurricular activities.
