Amy Slaton and Michael Halterman started living together in 2017, ang got married in 2019. On March 13, 2023, Halterman filed for divorce from the TV show star.
The divorce news came a few months after their second child was born. The baby was born on July 5, with 5lbs of weight.
Slaton was happy to announce the successful birth of her second son, noting that their family is finally complete. In the recent “1000-Lb. Sisters” episode, Slaton gushed over her newborn, saying that he looks like both of his parents. “Being a mom has always been my dream and I always wanted to have 2 kids”.
The first son of Halterman and Slaton, Gage Deon Halterman, was born in 2020. The name of the second boy is Glenn Allen Halterman.
