Residents of one of the districts of the city of Omsk noticed a cat sticking out of the window. At first, of course, they heard him, because the cat was loudly indignant.
The owners opened the window for ventilation, and the pet decided to check what was happening on the street – and got stuck. He could not get out of the insidious trap, but he began to scream. People responded to his pleas for help.
One guy did not wait for the rescuers but jumped onto the ledge himself to rescue the poor fellow.
