This adorable puppy named Todd lived with a homeless man. He was placed in a homeless shelter. The four-legged friend was the only consolation from the false life of a man.
In the fall of 2019, his owner lost consciousness and was urgently hospitalized. No one knew that a dog lived in his room. He was discovered by the shelter staff only 2 weeks later when they came to clean the room.
The owner left food and water for the animal, but this was only enough for a few days. The rest of the time he spent locked up, suffering from thirst and hunger. Shelter workers immediately turned to a local organization that provides assistance to homeless animals.
Volunteers first took him to the veterinarian, who diagnosed only exhaustion and dehydration. The puppy had no other health problems. Volunteers fed him and quickly found a new home.
This is how it looked the day it was taken by the new owners. Todd was scared and confused because he was being transported somewhere again.
But he quickly got used to it and began to gain weight, at the time of the move he was about 4 months old, and now look how handsome he has become.
Apparently, 2 weeks of hunger left an imprint on Todd’s character, and now he spends most of his time in the kitchen.
