Mother’s love is always something very sacred.
The worst thing that can happen to a mother is losing her child, and moms of animals are just as overprotective as women in general. When one of her puppies passed away, Bettie the dog experienced a horrible loss. She spent hours trying to save him before giving up and letting him go. The distraught dog apparently proceeded to bury the dead puppy’s carcass by herself, and a tragic episode was caught on camera.
Lenny Rose Ellema, the dog’s owner, is shown completely encasing her deceased pet in a trench that she dug. Bettie was four years old when the movie was produced and released in September 2020.
This was covered by the Seville newspaper Diario. In the Philippines’ Pangasinan province, Rose disclosed that her four-year-old dog had lost her brand-new puppies. Due to her maternal instincts, Rose wanted to take care of the child and even recalled how she had dealt with a circumstance similar to it when one of her previous puppies had died during delivery a year earlier.
He continued by saying that she was a particularly excellent dog since her owners had never had to educate her to do that; it just came naturally to her. Bettie was depressed because the dog continued to protect her child long after he had passed away, playing with him and filling the hole with dirt.
This action is both sympathetic and sad since it seems that he wanted to protect him from the world and give him a sacred burial. Some experts say that they do this out of pure instinct to keep predators away from the body and prevent them from endangering the entire litter.
